unboxing: Fast Forward F6R Powertap wheelset

unboxing: Fast Forward F6R Powertap wheelset

I order almost all of my bike stuff online: it’s convenient, I can find everything I want and most items arrive within a week. Then the exciting part: receiving a parcel, finding out it is the one you’ve been waiting for, opening it and then admiring the product you just bought (except for actually using it afterwards maybe..)! Yes, unboxing is clearly one of my favorite activities.

This time I ordered a Fast Forward hand built wheelset with Powertap hub. Now that I’m training with the help of a cycling coach, I really want to be able to measure the power output. The parcel arrived, so let’s start unboxing!

“What, no pictures of the wheels on your bike?” Nope, unfortunately I’m still waiting for the Powertap 11 speed freehub, so I can mount my Dura Ace cassette. So that’s it for now, to be continued…
