giro dello scorpione – prices and bookings

Prices for cyclists:

1095 Euros p.p. This price includes the following:

7 nights in a room in one of the apartments at the Borgo delle Olive with swimming pool (*)
6 x breakfast
a rental bike (**)
mapped out bike routes (itineraries, downloadable files for bike computers and Map My Ride links)
the use of a service car with bike repair tools
sparkling wine and appetizers on the day of arrival
3 dinners (2 x Sicilian cuisine and 1 x pizza)
Sicilian ice cream and granita
wine, olive oil, cheese and salami tasting
entrance fee to the archaeological parks of Segesta and Selinunte and the Garibaldi monument at Pianto Romano

(*) If you come alone, I will find you a roommate in one of the rooms with single beds.

Cyclists who travel to Sicily with their partners will get a room with a double bed (if still available). Let me know if you come with a friend/friends so you can share the same room.

If you prefer to have your own room and the rooms with double beds are already taken, you can get your own room. Additional costs: 175 Euros per week.

(**) If you bring your own bike, you will get a 95 Euro discount.

Included: water bottle, pump, pedals (if your type of pedal is still available), saddle bag with one inner tube and tire levers. Not included: helmet, cycling kit, cycling shoes

Prices for non cycling partners:

295 Euros p.p. This price includes the following:

7 nights in a room in one of the apartments at the Borgo delle Olive with swimming pool
6 x breakfast
sparkling wine and appetizers on the day of arrival
3 dinners (2 x Sicilian cuisine and 1 x pizza)
wine, olive oil, cheese and salami tasting

Optional:

Bike helmet (10 Euros per week)
Sports massage (50 Euros for one hour)
Transfers from and to the airports of Palermo or Trapani
Dinners/lunches at restaurants in the area
Excursions to several places of interest, like Palermo and Monreale
Rental cars

NB The minimum number of participants is 10. Eurobici has a limited number of rental bikes, so don’t wait too long to book!
